Over the last 12 years I have led teams in diverse organisations and delivered several successful major business improvement programs. With experience obtained working for renowned brands such as Siemens and Downer, I developed strong business know-how and strengthened my leadership skills.

With experience leading a global volunteer organisation and hands on experience developing high performing teams at Siemens and Downer, I have acquired and refined skills that allow me to manage and coach talent to deliver superior advantage.

Having completed a PhD, while working full-time, I developed tenacity and autonomy to pursue visions and dreams, solve complex problems and pursue excellence.

Now, as I continue learning through experiences, I am opening myself to organisations that share my hunger and willingness to succeed.
