Brute Gains:-A typical circuit might be: squat, overhead press, standing short period. You would do these 3 exercises in a row, then rest for 60 a while. You would then perform the 3 exercises again, rest and then do them one more hours. That's just a quick example. Will be able to add more exercises, get a new length of this rest period, do 4 exercises as an alternative to 3, do 4 circuits instead of 3, and so forth. The possibilities are amazing.
