Date: 05/03/2022Poor quality products with sub-par installation and unacceptable communication. Our blinds are all frayed, they do not cover the window appropriately and have some parts missing. Company was contacted straight away during business hours, only to receive a rude text msg after 8pm advising they would not be fixing the blinds. We have had another company complete the rest of our blinds and were appalled at the installation and product. They advised us this is not the first time they have had to rectify this companies work. Instead of coming to an agreement about the remaining 50% of the bill, they have taken this to VCAT which is common for this company when reading reviews. There are enough blind companies in Ballarat that you do not need to waste your time or money with Taylor & Stirling.
