You can choose the medical health care website or direct contact for all your health care needs. Medical managed care medical plans offer special and best health care such as checkups, routine tests for adults, and shots for children and babies that can help you stay healthy.
You can go to your primary care provider (PCP) 1st, unless it is an emergency or a family planning visit. The health care medical plan has a member services department or an after-hours number that you can call. Keeping or changing your medical plan does not convert your eligibility for next programs.
Benefits Identification Card (BIC)
The plastic card sent to everyone who qualifies for Medical. All Medical providers use the BIC to check eligibility. Also called the Medical Life Pharma.
Direct access to women’s health services
A woman can go directly to any network provider for women’s health care without any referral from another doctor.
Medical second opinions
You can order that another health care or specialist see you before you make decisions about your doctor’s plan for your care or surgery. You do not have to concern managed care doctors if they take Medical Life Pharmacy.
