Having worked as a nurse and a midwife for almost 30 years, and with a Bachelor (hons) degree in Psychology, I continued my studies after I became aware of how incredibly powerful Hypnotherapy can be in so many areas of your life. Anxiety is so much more common these days but you don't have to be impacted by it. The changes I have seen are astounding and profound, and there are no negative side effects - so there's nothing to lose and everything to gain.
