1. Booking is only confirmed after we get your address. Otherwise, it is only considered as a quote.
2. Please make a booking as early as possible, better 3 days ahead.
3. It is OK if you are not able to meet us at the house. You can just leave the keys somewhere safe(such as neighbor next door, in your letterbox or under doormat) and tell us. Sometimes people leave cash on kitchen bench. We will lock the door and put keys back after cleaning done.
4. Please make sure the electric power is not been turned off by energy company before cleaning.
5. Our van has a clearance of 2.0 Meters, we can not get in underground car park with clearance lower than that. In certain areas, if we have to park on the roadside, the parking fee is on the customer.
6.We receive cash after cleaning is done. No hidden cost or nasty surprise, just the amount we both agreed .
7. If you need provide a tax invoice to the real-estate agent or landlord as a proof of professional cleaning, we can send it to your email(need your email address).
8. Bond back guarantee means if the real estate agent is not happy with the cleaning, we will come back and get problems fixed. In very rare situation, if the real estate agent is not happy no matter what, we can fully refund you the cleaning fees. Bond back policy only apply to cleaning issues. Permanent marks on carpet, iron/cigerate burn, hair dye,wax, ink on carpet, wall paint damages etc. are not covered by bond back policy.
9. Study or sun-room with door is counted as a bedroom.

*Price above is for EMPTY house/unite/apartment INDOOR area(including balcony). There are several things we charge extra, please tell us when getting a quote:
1. Fridge($20) and microwave oven($10)
2. large area of mould on wall and ceiling. (>1 square meter)
3.Greasy blind in the kitchen or mouldy blind in bedroom/living room.
4. Moveable furniture need to be cleaned(bed, desk, dining table, chairs, sofa etc.)
5. Lawn mowing for front and back yard.
6. Lots of rubbish left in the house(more than one black rubbish bag)
FAQ
Q1: How long it takes:
A1: For 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment, it takes about 5 to 7 hours to clean. Steam clean carpet will take one more hour.
Q2: Is it possible to do the moving and cleaning the same day?
A2:Yes, you can empty the kitchen first for us, and we are going to clean the kitchen for a few hours. During this time you can busy doing your packing and moving.
Q3: What if we have front and back yard, and some out door work needed
A3: We do gardening work also, we can come and give you a quote.
