Date: 29/06/2025Last July had 4 leaks thinking the tiles needed changing .After the inspection I was told my entire roof needed to be repointed and that once the job was completed I wouldn’t have any issues.Paid my deposit which they gladly accepted made a booking and no one showed up.Another three bookings and no one showed up. Each time I called up it was a different story and a different person I spoke to.Same thing we’ll call you back and no one ever did. June 25 the same 4 leaks and April I had my ceiling replaced and is now badly damaged from the leaks. Called them up same runaround as last year. No accountability and a total lack of disregard. Don’t use ACTION MAINTENANCE GROUP..
Date: 08/10/2024came and gave us a quote on the 7th of August, we accepted his quote and paid 50% deposit. We have made numerous calls, initial ones answered and later ones not. It is now October, and we have not had our repair even started. The last call we called from a different number and was answered, but said he would call back in 5 min, never to be heard from again. I hope this review saves someone else from handing over a large sum of money.
