Welcome to Casa de Playa, Beach House Mornington. Originally built in the late 1800's & occupying the stunning heritage building of 39 Main Street, this former butchery has been transformed into an elegant contemporary venue.
Spread over 2 floors, Casa de Playa provides a range of entertaining, drinking & dining spaces; from the alfresco outlook on the Main Street frontage to the light filled Atrium on the first floor. There is definitely a place for everyone to make themselves at home.
Coastal post-modern/industrial minimalist in design, Casa de Playa features beautifully crafted & locally produced furniture with colourful & vibrant soft furnishings.

Casa De Playa may be considered a contemporary cafe in Mornington. They serve awesome dishes for breakfast. Their coffee is to die for. The ambiance is rustic and classic. I love having breakfast meetings with my team. It gives us this necessary push to carry on for what’s in store for the day. Searching for the best breakfast places near me led to the discovery of Casa De Playa. I never had any other meeting venue after my first visit. There’s a lot to love about Casa De Playa. You have to visit to understand what I am trying to say. It is highly recommended not only by me but by many people as well.

What a perfect way to end the day than by having a nice nightcap in my favorite bar!
Casa De Playa is perfect any time of the day. From lunch to dinner to a nice nightcap before calling it a day! I always end up going here on a Friday night after a long week at work. Favorite drinks, good food, exciting conversations, and exotic ambiance all make up for an ideal place to relax. You have to visit Casa De Playa and hangout there to know what I mean.

I’ve never experienced convenience like I had with Casa De Playa. The online reservation for this brunch place in Mornington is highly efficient. I had my table reserved and off I had a lovely brunch with my wife and kids. I also like going there because of the ambience. I’m happy I got to know Casa De Playa. I always keep on coming back. In fact, Casa De Playa is my wife’s favorite restaurant. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
