Date: 06/10/2024From the time they took the deposit to the time they started building it was 10 months. They did not correcly size the slap to fit the size of the rooms. I have a house 90 mm not wide enough. They changed stone 3 times. It took 15 revisions to get the drawings right and even then, they did not catch the overall width size was incorrect which caused the shortage. I have requested compensation 3 months ago and they still "need more time" to confirm that compensation. I am at the point to begin legal proceeding via VBA and VCAT. Don't use Sharridon.
I ignored everyone elses advice to not use them and I reget it now. It's been 15 months since I signed the sales contract and we are only on lock up stage.
