We at Empowering Families Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics understand that every person is different and unique in their own way and thus requires specific needs, tailor-made to suit their personality. Our mission is to work closely with the patient with their support so as to provide them with the most appropriate method and treatment that will enhance their development process. At Empowering Families, we encourage a system that uses a neurosequential approach for treatments that has been developed in line with the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). This system had been developed by Dr. Bruce D. Perry, M.D., Ph.D. of the Child Trauma Academy in Houston Texas.
