Cedar Loans - Low Doc Home Loans
Cedar Loans offers low doc loans to self employed businesses. Qualifying criteria are 20% deposit. You must have had an ABN for 2 years as a minimun and if your loan is over $300,000 your business will need to be registered for GST. Interest rates are 3% for self employed loans.
The loans can be used for investment rental properties and owner occupied. Fixed or variable interest rates are welcome. Interest only loans are possible for investment properties but not home loans.
