Our Drive-Thru Coffee and Gourmet Cafe Toowoomba Story

On March 1st 2011, a dream was fulfilled. Geoff and Tracie Batzloff opened Pump@123 in Russell Street, Toowoomba - 22 years in a Convenience Store in East Toowoomba to a Drive-thru Coffee and Gourmet Café. Based on exceptional customer service and quality food, our business has thrived and become a preferred café for great Merlo coffee and tasty gourmet food.

The name pump is coincidental as it was originally an Ampol service station.

Geoff and Tracie saw a need for a coffee and food outlet on the Western side of Toowoomba, so on April 5th 2014, Pump@Wyalla was opened. Listening to our customers’ needs and welcoming feedback helps us to improve our service and product. Employing passionate and committed staff, and having loyal customers has contributed immensely to the success of the PUMP Cafes.
