Precision Plus offers high quality repair kits and spare parts including precision engineered Vanes (also referred to as blades) for use on many different oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump brands including Busch, Ulvac, Rietschle, Fisher Scientific, Galileo, Precision Scientific, Leybold-Oerlikon, Edwards, Alcatel-Adixen, Welch, Precision Scientific, Stokes and Varian-Agilent.
Precision Plus vacuum pump Vanes are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and performance. We maintain a state of the art inspection and testing facility where all Vanes are checked for proper performance and fit. Every Vane we sell must pass a rigid and thorough incoming inspection process.
Precision Plus Vanes are offered in our proven GX material. This material is similar to that used by many of the major pump manufacturers such as Becker, Leybold, Busch and Edwards. GX is a long wearing, high strength and chemical resistant material which is suitable for most general vacuum applications.
For harsher applications such as metalizing or handling caustic gases Precision Plus offers Vanes made from Torlon. Torlon Vanes are currently available for larger Leybold Sogevac and Alcatel model vacuum pumps.
For typical Welch pump applications we offer vanes made from cast iron; and for Rietschle pumps we supply aluminum alloy vanes. In addition to the above, we now offer carbon fiber wrapped vanes which are similar to the OEM for Busch oil sealed rotary vane pumps.
Besides Vanes, we offer a wide range of repair kits and individual parts, Precision Plus also supplies vacuum pump fluids and oils designed specifically for use in rotary vane vacuum pumps.
