$300 flat fee. Two sessions. First session takes around 2 hours depending on what is required. After this session you receive recordings to listen to daily and virtual gastric band handbook to follow. Three weeks later we have a second session which takes around 30 minutes. After this you receive another recording, a recipe book (15 recipes), and a booklet "How To Get More Nutrients Into Your Day With Little Effort."
If we all thought logically we would just lose the weight. Most of what we think and feel is in our subconscious so we tapping into this to modify behaviour. Certain medications and thyroid issues may impact your ability to lose weight so if you are unsure contact your doctor.
All sessions are conduted via a telehealth video platform which is similar to zoom but more secure.
