ETA: Personally, screenshots of gamers using hacked items bothers me most, not because they"spoil" (especially if they're in the trailer), but because the comment threads wind up being filled with folks asking how/where to get the Animal Crossing Items items when they aren't readily available to the majority of players. Once they're formally available whether in TT or actual time, fine.
Commonly repeated villager dialogue is not worth posting about. It isn't adding anything to the subreddit
landmarks are exciting for new players but need some organization. Either a given day of this week for posting them (or even have them enabled on the weekends) or a megathread
Images taken of the console screen are fine as long as the picture is discernible. There is no point posting photos with this much glare which I can not see what is happening. HQ pictures are easy to get to a telephone with the newest upgrade. (I also saw the post with the change in the microwave. It was insane)
photographs of clothing/merch can be sort of repetitive. Sharing the statement of this colour pop collab made sense. Everyone posting a photo of the same palette or box when it arrives at the mail is dull.
The only time I had been annoyed by somebody carrying a pic of the change's screen rather than using the screencap purpose was once a dude who was clearly trolling kept posting more and more ridiculous shots of his screen, culminating in him submitting a pic of his switch's screen in the microwave once someone pointed out the light in his other pics was bad. But in my own experience modding on other websites, some people are always likely to fall for the troll bait, unfortunately.
I have no issue with new gamers posting on their initial excitements with the game. It's not like these pop up in the"sexy" deadline, and you would only see them in case you're seeing"new". I agree with Slackerboe that having new users place these items increase the inclusiveness of the community. It reminds me when I first started playing and all animal crossing items new horizons I believe it's wholesome.
