Transformers:

We have a wide variety of transformers, and we provide solutions as per our client’s requirement and specifications for number of applications. These include Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Unit Sub-station, Compact Sub-station, Dry-type Transformers, Special Transformers, etc.

  1. Distribution Transformer

Distribution transformers for all KVA rating & voltage classes from 25kVA to 5000kVA and up to 33kV.

Transformers are typically designed and manufactured to comply with AUS / IEC 60076 standards.

Transformers are standard type and non-standard type according to customer's requirements.

Transformers Immersed in synthetic coolant are suitable for indoor use with adequate ventilation where oil is not considered environmentally safe.

  1. Power Transformer:

Power transformers range starting from 25 KVA to 200 MVA.

The oil filled in the transformer is PCB-free oil / Midel 7131 / Silicone oil / Nainas Nitro, etc., depending on the customer's request.

Power transformers are used in high voltage power grids to raise or lower the voltage.

These transformers are typically used to transfer high loads.

  1. Dry Type Transformer:

Dry transformers insulated with class "H" use insulating materials that have high dielectric strength and can withstand high temperatures.

The temperature is typically AUS / IEC60076 compliant and ranges up to 1600KVA and 11KV classes.

Available versions:

Open design for mounting on existing panels or housings.

Ventilated enclosure with lip-cut louvers and baffles for outdoor installation.

Outdoor enclosure without vents.

  1. Solar Transformers:

Transformers are an important component of solar power generation and distribution.

There are different types of solar transformers such as power distribution, substations, top mounts, grounding, etc. All solar transformers have special cost-affecting requirements.

Typically, these types of transformers are compatible with devices that measure thermally induced volume changes.

The gas cushion is used to compensate for thermal volume changes. Usually, the gas is nitrogen. This gas is thermally separated from the dielectric liquid.
