back to the mask: Mix equal parts castor oil with coconut (if you have this
type of oil you can use olive oil in one place) and Amabella massage the scalp for 5
minutes (your hair must be dry). After that spread throughout the hair (For
best results, you can wear a shower cap and towel). Keep the mask on your head
for hours at least, although personally I prefer to leave it overnight. Then
wash and condition your hair as usual (you may need to wash several times to
get rid of greasy feel). If you do this treatment regularly (ideally once or
