Sweet Passion was established in 2009 by Gabriella Dobozy. A qualified pastry and commercial cookery chef, Gabriella spent years making, observing and tasting cakes and found that so many of Sydney's bespoke producers made beautiful looking cakes that fell short when it came to flavour. With the motto that a truly memorable cake tastes as good as it looks, Gabriella opened the Sweet Passion studio and began creating customised cakes for weddings, birthdays, functions and other occasions, delivering to the Greater Sydney area 7 days a week.

At Sweet Passion, every cake is handmade from scratch with care, imagination and expertise. A master of her craft, Gabriella has been trained in the art of pastry making, spending time at prestigious patisseries and at the famous Gregoire Ferrandi School in Paris. She has created signature desserts and sweets in the kitchens of five star hotels and worked at Lindt & Sprüngli chocolate company in Sydney, as a Senior Pastry Chef for just over 6 years.

In the intimate, boutique nature of Sweet Passion, Gabriella has found her ideal creative outlet, bringing together her craft with personalised service and the unique ideas of her customers. Every order is exclusive, personal and meaningful.

Sweet Passion is about combining food and art to create memorable occasions. In the simplest terms, it's about making people happy.
