Service & Repair Wastewater Systems
We service and repair most brands of wastewater treatment systems including SAND FILTERS and land application areas located in the IPSWICH - BRISBANE - LOCKYER - SCENIC RIM - SOMERSET - LOGAN - REDLANDS - MORETON BAY areas.

SERVICE FEES (including chlorine, if used)
Blower Systems: $70 for a single service (pay as you go) or $240 for a yearly contract (4 services per year @ $60 ea)
Sand Filter Systems: $120 for an annual service

$170 to sample the treated wastewater and have it tested in a laboratory.

$695 for a treatment plant PUMP-OUT where we will be onsite to supervise to ensure the manufacturer's recommended desludge and refill instructions are followed. This is important to lessen the likelihood of the plant's concrete walls or the seal cracking from too much weight of [waste]water on one side. Refilling charges are extra.
$70 to test septic sludge levels.
$165 for a Pre-purchase Condition Report on the treatment system (plant and land application area) installed on a property you might be considering to buy. Repairs can be costly - know what you are buying.
