For the love of GOD DO NOT USE these people. They are NEVER on TIME, They LIE with their schedules. NOTHING is on time! Business is about trust of service and these people are not to be trusted. These people hold you at their mercy with NO regard to your request. They are not business people, the are holigans that take your money and screw with your time. I the mistake of paying upfront with my CC and now i can't do anything. NEVER! NEVER give them your CC until the skip is collected. You will get better service from Jim's Mowing OR anyone ELSE! THE EVENT: DELIVERY: Friday: I ordered a skip on Friday and was promised that it will be here before 5pm. At 5.30pm i called and they promised it would arrived by 11pm "no matter what we will get it to you". Saturday: 8am with full crew there the skip wasnt there. 830am called them and was promised that ith will be here 1.5 hours time."Don't worry, we will get it to you" 10am called them and found out that it wasnt loaded on their truck. Again promised 1.5hours. "Same GARB" 12pm called them again and again was told 1.5hours. "Same GARB" 2pm called them again and again was told 1.5hours. "Same GARB" 4pm (well pissed by now) and was told that the skip was on the truck and on the way 30mins. "Same GARB" 5pm (total rage) called to cancel and was told the truck was 3 mins away and he was rude and mad at ME! Side note: Called Jim's at 4.30pm and was told he could get it to me right away. They were just round the corner. $15 more expensive. My cost was 5 Hired people for 8 hrs that did nothing! and cost of a skip. Should have Gone Jim's or anyone else! PICK UP: Called Monday morning:(9 days later). They should have picked up the Skip on Friday. As usual. Promised to pickup the skip on Monday evening. "No matter what we will pick it up'. Tuesday: Skip still there. Called and explained that skip need to be gone as house needs to go on display. Promised again that it will be picked up by the night. Wednesday Night: Still there. If i could remove this thing myself i would! These people hold you at their mercy with NO regard to your request. They are not business people, the are hooligans that take your money and screw with your time.
