Honduras has decided that they're no longer a portion of the CA-4, not legally obviously, it sounds like they just changed their minds. Finding a visa to work in a European country may seem to be an almost impossible thing but the fact remains that Ireland is among the few places which make this dream an actual possibility. You have to use common sense and prevent entering into a zone that does not seem safe, just like you do in any country of the planet.
