Work Permit - The N Kiws and the ECAs

Individuals who have completed an application to obtain an EIR can obtain a National Insurance Number if they meet one or more of the following requirements. The applicant must be a United Kingdom citizen and at least 18 years of age. The applicant must reside in the United Kingdom and meet one or more of the following criteria. The applicant must have obtained an England social security number or a British citizenship by descent. The applicant must have been a permanent resident of the United Kingdom for at least five continuous years. Finally, the applicant must be eligible under the immigration rules to resettle in the United Kingdom.

When individuals apply to obtain an NRI approval, they will generally do so based on whether they meet one or more of the following minimum requirements. If the applicant is not eligible for an EIR or is not eligible to resettle to the United Kingdom under immigration rules, they may still qualify as a National Insurance Number (NIS). To be considered for an NIS, the individual must meet one or more of the following criteria: the applicant must have reached the age of eighteen years; the applicant must have been a resident of the United Kingdom for at least five continuous years; the applicant must have reached the age of sixty-five years old or older; the applicant must have an advanced degree that was awarded by a U.S. university or college that is accredited by one of the six regional accreditation boards.

Some NRI approvals allow for recognition to apply for a National Health Service (NHS) card. The NHS card allows for people who are registered as dependents to apply for free medical care. In order to be eligible for an NHS card, individuals who are registered as dependents must also meet certain requirements. These include having a mental health condition or impairment that substantially limits the ability to take part in regular activities of daily life. People who have disabilities that limit their ability to work are also eligible for the NHS card.

The third category of NRI approval is the National Interest Waiver. An individual who holds a British passport or a British national ID card is eligible for the national interest waiver. This enables them to work in Hong Kong without fulfilling the immigration law requirement of having a Chinese visa. However, there are some restrictions on the amount of time a person can remain in the territory if they hold a national interest waiver. There are also some requirements that must be met before a person can apply for the NZQ.

A person may apply for either an NRI or a NZQ, either online or through a licensed agent. The process of applying for either an NRI or a NZQ involves submitting a complete set of documents that support the application. The documents that are required for the application process include: a completed visa application, employment documents, residence documents, and the registration of the employer. When the documents are submitted to the designated immigration authorities, the NZQ is automatically approved.

The process for obtaining an immigrant visa for the purpose of working in Hong Kong begins with the submission of an application to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong. This form is available for download online from the Hong Kong Immigration Department's website. The form can also be printed and presented to the relevant departments for collection. The forms cover the entire process of obtaining an immigrant visa for the purpose of working in Hong Kong. After the submission of the application, the applicant must wait for the results of the inspection and approval before he or she can proceed to submit the necessary additional documents.

Immigration authorities require certain information to verify an applicant's identity and to determine his or her eligibility for a job offer or a residence visa. The basic information includes name, age, date of birth, address, contact numbers and social security numbers. Along with these documents, the applicant must provide a completed Employment Certification Application (ECA) or Employment Agreement. The EEA is available for download free from the immigration authorities' website and contains the detailed set of instructions for making the application. The Employment Certification Application (ECA) must be submitted along with the completed application form and payment for fee.

The Employment Offices of the Hong Kong government is now accepting applications for the EEA from any of the qualified individuals who have met the defined minimum requirements. Candidates who hold the LPR status are allowed to apply for a job offer either under the offer scheme or the National Employment Service (NIS) and the vacancies offered by the NIS depend on the designated location of the Job Offer List. Eligible individuals who have not obtained the LPR status cannot apply under the NIS. Immigrants who hold the LPR status are not eligible for the National Occupational Services (NIS) and cannot submit an application under the NIS.
