In City Beach, gently resting on 6.5 hectares of private coastal setting are the stunning residences of Ocean Gardens. Far from being a "retirement" village, we are a community of independent, like minded individuals who wish to embrace the next stage of life by living a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Since the mid 1980s when Ocean Gardens was first established, our diverse community has continued to grow and now boasts 71 apartments and 163 villas. In the past 10 years, we have made many improvements to modernize and further improve upon your experience. Not only have we refurbished many of the shared facilities such as the gymnasium, swimming pool, library and cafe, but we have also updated our apartments and villas focusing on usability and creating a greater sense of spaciousness. With the exquisite beauty of our coastal setting, we have also done all we can to capitalize upon the stunning views of the Indian Ocean wherever possible.
