Date: 12/11/2020There was a guarantee of 10 years, I was told the house would never move. Five years down the track and I can"t open my french doors or the lounge window. There has been a drop of the lounge room floor.
I called Simon back to look at the problem and he said that it's not his issue and he won't fix it. Apparently he doesn't the ground moving?
I am now going to have to go to my house insurance to have them pursue the problem with this company.
Stay away from this company.
