Date: 19/04/2024We got a quote and agreed on a price with this person to cut a tree in front of our house, we then paid a $500 deposit to go ahead with the tree removal, it took a few weeks for him to organise people to come in, eventually when they did come in, they only cut parts of the tree and then left the job without notice, when I inquired about finishing the job he made promises after promises but couldn’t give me a timeframe, he was extremely rude on the phone and now wouldn’t complete the job and doesn’t want to return my deposit, I think he couldn’t do the job in the first place and only sent people to do part of the job and was ill equipped and wanted to keep my deposit, I suggest everyone avoid this scrupulous guy as we wasted a lot of time with him and now have to get someone else to finish the job
