Awful Customer Service, never ever call them, I called to find out charges today, rude lady over phone insisted to purchase ticket before revealing any cancellation or changing charges. Imagine booking ticket with them and never know what you signing up for. And later , she hung-up on me. Very RUDE PEOPLE.. Don't know how to talk to Customer. Don't waste your time calling them
