Chile Travelers Affidavit
If you are planning to visit Chile, you must complete the Chile Travelers Affidavt before your departure. This document is required to enter the country. It is therefore important that you have it processed well in advance. You also need to check if you need a special visa for Chile or are able to adjust your status to a non-immigrant one. You may also wish to change your name prior to arriving in Chile. If this is the case, you must visit the Chile Consulate and fill out a name change affidavit.
