The Moldova Epidemiological card
Every citizen of Moldova should have the Moldova Epidemiological card. The card is free and can be obtained at the border for travelers. It is issued by the Ministry of Public Health, and more than a million people have completed the process to date. Applicants must have a medical checkup before applying for the card, and their health is verified by a licensed health practitioner. They must provide the required information for the application.
