How to get an Indonesian Health Alert Card
A valid Indonesia Health Alert Card will state that the cardholder has received the minimum amount of medical training within a specified time period. The Indonesian Ministry of Health is responsible for issuing the Indonesia Health Alert Card. It is usually issued in Jakarta. This particular card can only be issued to specified trained persons, who reside in Southeast Asia, who have had their annual medical assessment. The cards are issued in two forms: physical and mental. Each one carries a unique photograph of the issuing organization's identified subject, and is accompanied by prescribed language instructions.
