The whole process from sourcing a provider to being comfortable with the website information to finding a suitable time then through the ease of online registration to the information that was then provided; was first class. This professionalism continued with the happy cheerful receptionist on arrival through to our wonderfully experienced, relevant and highly informative presenter in Frances.
I had actually considered cancelling due to extensive work committments and excessive travel requirements as I have been travelling for sometime but am thoroughly wrapped that I didn't.
