We have an active, user friendly gym with instructors who can offer help and advice on how to use the equipment, we also have personal trainers available for one on one training. We recommend PTs for people who are new to the gymming world and don’t know what they should be doing for their body and how to do it. We also recommend PTs for people who find it hard to get motivated, having someone do it with you and encourage you, makes an enormous difference to effort levels. PTs are also recommended rushed people, professionals who want a new angle on thing and those who want new moves to add to their workout routine.
