I bought this kit for me and my fiance through a Living Social to whiten our teeth before our wedding. We both used it two days ago and we both saw results of about one shade whiter. BUT, the gel completely burned my gums. When I removed the white light smile Reviews mouth guard my lower gums were completely white (as it warns might happen in the pamphlet). The white faded within a few minutes but my gums became swollen and started bleeding. It has been two days and my lower gums are still swollen and sensitive. If I eat anything somewhat hard my gums start bleeding. And forget about brushing my teeth...I can't get the front of my bottom teeth because it is extremely painful to come anywhere close to my swollen lower gums.
