better i feel mentally and physically. I don’t normally respond to stuff but i held off on this for so long and am sorry I did. I could have felt better a year earlier. I have been losing about a pound a week since starting this… but it goes hand in hand in feeling better so I have been exercising and watching my sugar/ processed food intake.
