Date: 20/09/2021I have spent countless hours of my time trying to get the TV working. As of today it appears to be working to the best of its ability, which is far below what one would expect from a TV purchased in 2021.
My grievances are many.
The Smart TV software is outdated (dated 2017), limited and I doubt if it is now up to date. The hardware appears minimal.
The software is both extremely slow and limited, resulting in a cumbersome and wearisome operational experience.
Apps such as Channel 10 do not work on the smart Tv. Plus their is a limit on the number of apps to be installed due to hardware constraints.
The DTV only works on a very strong TV signal. This is a major concern as the TV was purchased for a motor home.
Picture and sound quality are poor. Almost impossible to see the picture in daylight. With a black background on the smart tv it is very difficult to see the cursor.
The Tv has not yet been used in the motor home (due to COVID 19) and with the difficulty I have had in operating the TV in my home I am not prepared to take it on the road. It is far from being User Friendly and probably not fit for purpose.
My dissatisfaction with your TV is such that I have purchased another brand and I am extremely happy with its performance.
Date: 15/09/2021This company does not honour warranty. TV only 7 months old and no picture. No joy from after sales services, just pay more money. Please save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

The TV's are badly packed and when shipped break
Englaon will are not interested to fix any shipping problems stating that delivery damage is excluded. Note this is against your cunsumer rights.
Also don't trust reviews on their site as they filter out bad reviews
If you are unlucky to purchase something from them and there is a problem please report them to ACCC or Consumer Affairs Victoria
