Why is my Bigpond email account is not working
Are you missing important emails because your Bigpond email
account is not working. If its not working than it depends on how Telstra users
access Bigpond email through browser or through mail apps like outlook 365
classic, outlook new app, thunderbird, mac mail etc. If you login Bigpond mail
account through webmail and its not working than try to delete cookies or
cache. And if your Bigpond is accepting your login password than reset your
email account password and try to login.
Steps to Reset Bigpond password
• Open Telstra or
Bigpond password link in browser
• Type your Bigpond
email address and click continue
• Choose recovery
method by email or registered mobile number
• Open link and
create new password with Id verification
• Confirm new
password and click save

have to check with email settings are up to date if not than Check with
settings available in Telstra website. Anyhow settings are correct than check
