Date: 05/11/2014Worst customer service, poor quality jewellery from China. When I returned earrings that where faulty. The owner said that there was nothing wrong with them. Funny thing about that the posts didn't stay in the ear as the earrings where so heavy. So oz bling made a profit on my behalf. Lesson learnt go to Lovissa jewellery they do refunds if you are .satisfied with purchase.
