Tshirts only

Disappointed. Our community club ordered 75 t-shirts for an event we were hosting. Rod promised multiple times they would arrive with time to spare for our event but on the day were due, nothing arrived. I contacted Rod from the company who said they must be lost in the mail and said they were busy but they would make more but the following week which was after the event! The event passed and we had no shirts. The new batch finally arrived but it was 10 days after the our event and the money we invested was lost. I contacted Rod again for compensation or at a minimum, the tracking number for the delivery of the original boxes where he responded with, the order finally arrived, "not sure what else you want mate?". I explained that he guaranteed delivery for our event and the order not arriving cost our club substantially and I would like to follow up up with the delivery company to somehow recoup the losses and he did not respond. For almost 2 months many attempts have been made for further contact and there has been no response. Very disappointed and we would not deal with this company again.

I did find the initial contact very helpful and friendly. However the item shipped was a different design to the one shown on the website photo, a different size was shipped without mention (size small is not equivalent to size 8)and the quality was poor. The result was unusable. While they did reduce the price, the accounts dept refused to admit there was any error on their part and were quite defensive. I was left without a shirt which was to be a birthday gift. I won't use them again.
