Date: 17/01/2016From the start I realised it was a good and safe idea and decided to rent our second garage space. I didnt regret it. We now have a nice tenenet and some more income. That's a great idea for everyone!

Date: 12/01/2016Spacer is a great place to advertise your space. I was a bit nervous doing this at first, but my experience with spacer has been fantastic. It took me 3 weeks to get a response on the site. so i would say be patient - you would find an interested renter. Once the renter contacted me, the process was so quick and efficient.
My favorite thing about spacer is - the ease of advertising your space and getting money out of it :) The money comes in on a monthly basis via spacer.
I would definitely recommend spacer to anyone who is actually looking to rent out a space. Its a great way of making few extra bucks !!!
Date: 12/01/2016Listed our garage on Spacer and it was rented within about 2-3 weeks. The renter is a really nice family in the local area who needed some extra space to store their household items, and moved their stuff from Kennards or one of those self storage places because it was costing them too much. Such an easy way to make some extra cash. Recommend it to anyone with a spare garage
