After all I've read I feel like this company is engaging in some kind of humour and satire . This is hilarious . If they are this bad how can they protect clients ? Hahahahhahahahahahahahahhaha
I've head tears come out of my eyes from laughter.

I was labelled a Slut, Slag, Fat Pig and Small tittied hooker without a Pencil and notebook by the owner.I was then locked in a small room and stood over by a male manager and yelled at for disobedience.They called me in for this treatment as " Re -induction".!

Hey MONJON - STOP trying to promote yourself off the backs of 768 deaths, the infection of 18,000 other people and the closing down of Victoria following the hotel Quarantine disaster.
YOU CONTRIBUTED NOTHING TO THE SAFETY OF VICTORIA DURING THE HOTEL QUARANTINE PROGRAM.
The choosing of Security firms for the hotels was run by Katrina Currie, a senior public servant within the jobs department.
She told the inquiry that she had not dealt with private security firms before, but was told to appoint "large and good employers" to run the program.
According to Ms Currie, "good" meant "good in the sense of paying award wages and good conditions for staff".

Unreputable and irresponsible, unprofessional Cowboy 🤠 security firm renowned for its unethical and unlawful employment and wage practices.Was singled out by the Andrews Goverment as equally as useless as the other 3 Security companies that stuffed up at the Hotel Quarantine disaster.Pays below award wages and is parastic in it's business practices.A very proud company.LOL! 🤡

This company was fined $116,000.00 for very good reasons.They have an appalling record of human rights and OHS violations.
Companies should think twice about using this company for security.
All the positive reviews online appear to be fake and written by Monjon managers or by people who have been blackmailed into writing something positive
What is MONJON Security Pty ltd sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?
No paid sick days.If you take a day off you will not get paid.They will also take a day off your roster the following week as a penalty/punishment for being sick.So it will cost you 2 days in lost pay!
How has MONJON Security Pty ltd responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?
They have been VERY vocal in the media criticising the security companies involved in the hotel quarantine debacle.Yet they have failed to mention that they pay lower wages than than the so-called "dodgy contracted" companies and treat their guards even worse.
Australia should be thankful that Monjon were not guarding the quarantine hotels because Monjon would expertly demonstrate to the world what a real disaster is like.Believe me!

"Manager at Monjon has operates with integrity and honour," but has poor grasp of basic grammar and what is amazing is his use of big words like "umbrage" and "obtuse" to showcase his superior intelligence and command of the English language.He must have found the words in a dictionary or a similar big book.
It amazes me that he is quick to attack as his first and only form of defence in defending the unforgivable and guilty as charged.It is literally impossible to sink lower than John Moncreiff and a quick google search of his name and the Monjon company will confirm this.No words I can add will sink me lower than the actions and true character of their beloved delusional ayatollah.
I do not think it would be a better world if we chose to work with those who had demonstrated over a long period of time that they are morally and ethically corrupt.I am sorry but there is truth in the sayings that "a leopard does not change its spots" and

True,... "Nobody is perfect and some are less than perfect than others, but to take your stance and be completely unforgiving means that the minute anyone makes an error they are doomed. What a miserable world that would be.". .WOW! , you must have thought that statement up when looking in the mirror. , it is a pity that you don't practice what you preach as you just perfectly described your management style and it is exactly what working at Monjon is like and yes Monjon is a miserable world.
I do not stand on the sidelines, I associate myself with professionals.It is Monjon that stands on the sidelines and criticises other companies doing it better and attacks those companies doing all the wrong things like Monjon does, ie: exploitation and underpaying of migrant and disadvantaged workers.
There is nothing courageous about a company or person when the news headline reads "Pushing, swearing, sexist & racist abuse: Is this Australia's worst boss?"
I also count myself blessed that I am not a part of the
"Monjon Family". It is thankfully my personal moral and ethical codes that save me the horrible misfortune of falling that low.
I think it more than a coincidence that the terms "Monjon Family" and "The Brotherhood" sound similar to cults like the "Manson Family" , "Branch Davidians", "Jonestown Peoples Temple" and "The Family International".They were all lead by a "Charismatic Psychopath" demanding serious dedication (blind obedience) (and financial support) from its members.Sounds very much like Monjon.They also make their staff dress up in weird coloured uniforms (costumes) and charge them $500-600 , which Monjon keeps.Blessed am I that I am not at Monjon to "Drink the Kool-Aid".

I am a manager at Monjon who has operates with integrity and honour, hence I take umbrage at your obtuse approach to the company. I want to thank you, however, for showcasing your true nature through your words. It amazes me that you are quick to judge yet sink lower in your behaviour than that of which you accuse John Moncrieff.
Do you not think that the world would be a better place if we sought to work with people who had erred and were seeking to become better, rather than heaping eternal judgement on them.
Nobody is perfect and some are less than perfect than others, but to take your stance and be completely unforgiving means that the minute anyone makes an error they are doomed. What a miserable world that would be.
Every environment has challenges and difficult people, whether staff, clients or business owners. The opportunity therein is always to look at ways of becoming better and showing Grace.
You stand on the sidelines and comment, yet have not the courage to walk on the field of play and be accountable. I count it a Blessing that a person like yourself is not part of the Monjon Family, as your current attitude would not be acceptable to any of us.

So, JOHN MONCRIEFF and his company MONJON have been fined more than $116,000 for operating with an ‘‘entrenched’’ culture of bullying that left some staff with psychological damage.
John Moncrieff has issued an "apology"
"I am deeply sorry. This episode has caused me to fundamentally reassess how to deal with staff supportively and sensitively. I have undertaken counselling, retraining and have learnt an important lesson."

The fine is minuscule comparatively to the damage he has inflicted on his workers lives over the years.He deserves nothing less than to be jailed and booted from the Security industry and HERMAN PINTO (Operations Manager) should also be jailed and then deported from Australia.
John once bragged to me that he was "a pitbull, a dangerous breed".Well that is at least one honest statement from this thugs gob.EVERYONE saw him savage a frail old lady in the office and bounce her off a photocopier machine.
John Moncreiff claims that this "episode" occurred only over a short period of time.This is an absolute lie and his bad behaviour has been going on for many, many years and would have continued if it wasn't for the change in workplace bullying laws in 2013 and the office staff blowing the whistle.
HERMAN PINTO (Operations Manager) was also charged and ordered to write a letter of gratitude to a worker who informed WorkSafe Victoria about his bullying behaviour.
He was charged at the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court in Melbourne for breaching section 25(1)(b) of the state’s Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 for failing to meet his duty as an employee to ‘take reasonable care for the health and safety of persons who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at a workplace’.
The court found that Herman (Vermin) Pinto had engaged in a range of bullying behaviour which included:
speaking to employees loudly, aggressively or in an abrasive manner; using language when speaking to employees that was belittling, degrading or offensive; threatening employees with having to speak to the security firm’s director directly about a workplace issue; threatening employees that he would make a complaint about them to the security firm’s director; and making inappropriate physical contact with an employee.
As a "first-time offender"(sic), Herman (Vermin) Pinto was able to avoid a fine, criminal record and having his name publicised by entering into a Victorian Magistrates’ Court Criminal Justice Diversion Program (diversion plan).
In the hearing, he was able to show that he had complied with the conditions of the plan by completing a course called ‘Discrimination, bullying and harassment for managers and supervisors’, donating $1,000 to Beyond Blue and writing a letter of gratitude to the informant for the opportunity to take part in the diversion plan.

I hear very loud rumblings of a future class action for compensation by the many former employees (victims) of MONJON Australia on the horizon.If I were a current or former Manager at this awful organization I would be feeling a little more than nervous.
If I was a current or former client of this disgraceful organization, I would be deeply concerned of possible future litigation directed at me also for involvement with Monjon Australia, especially in cases of mistreatment of staff with Monjon Management's support, which I know occurred...
I also hear that the Monjon company owner has his own "Gutter level Cheapskate" "Freemasons style" mens only club.Instead of a secret handshake they have to do the secret "Rolf Harris" wobble board initiation and sing "Tie me Monjon down sport, tie me Monjon down"
Once the "Brotherhood" members are "in the club" they have to do the Michael Jackson "Moonwalk" in front of a giant blown up image of Cardinal George Pell and then kiss the image - tongue action encouraged and cheered on!
