Hiring Bonfire was the biggest mistake I ever did. Please, please, don’t be charmed by the professional presentation. In reality, they do nothing to justify the price they charge (or any price for that matter). They insist on 12 months contract (minimum) because they know sooner or later the client would ask for results. As they can’t really get to the results they promise, they make sure to lock you in. It took a while to see beyond the friendly faces and the sales tactics, during the year they kept on reassuring me that the campaign is going well, and everything is as expected. I believed them, and today I am still trying to repair all the problems that they caused. I am deeply regretting hiring this company. One of the reasons I choose Bonfire was that I couldn’t find any bad reviews about them; a simple ABN lookup could have save me a lot of money, stress and disappointment. Beware.
