Date: 22/09/2022Extremely poor quality, should not be operating. I engaged Top Shield to respray the roof, repair the ridge caping and replace broken tiles.
The roof paint has started to peel after 6 months. Ridge caping has started to crack. Broken tiles have not been replaced instead painted over.
Top shield roofing advised they would come back to fix the defects and never turned up. I have been unable to contact since.
Date: 02/11/2021Absolutely horrible job. 32 broken tiles just painted over and left. Ridge cap pointing cracked or siliconed were ignored and painted over. Disgusting workmanship. Reluctantly agreed to return following weekend never showed. Reported to fair training and blatantly lied to them. Not QBCC licensed in QLD, does not advise that he is only able to perform work up to $3300 as per QBCC rules. An absolute blight on the roofing industry, a thief and a liar.
