Hard to write a review to a business that refuses your business, but buyer beware when dealing with this business.
Emailed to have a couple and perhaps more window roller shutters repaired. When I spoke to company representative, he advised OK to do work, but needed to check appointment book to confirm date and time. Said would call back in 20 minutes. Call not returned. When I texted the same mobile number asking if they could do the job, no reply.
Seems as if you want shutters repaired you best look elsewhere as even though it is highlighted on web page as a feature of company, they do not actually want to do repair work or even say to your face they are not interested.
Waste of my time and money in mobile call and follow-up text.
To be fair, seems no one in Melbourne is interested in repairing existing roller window shutters, just the "BIG" install jobs.
Still with this courtesy and behaviour to customers, I would probably not trust this company very far in even installing new shutters!
