Ride Tours - Bus & Backpacker Tours Great Ocean Road
Ride is a very small, proudly independent company set up by myself to try and find a niche market for backpackers that want to do something a little different. I have been a guide for 10 years and love the Great Ocean Road but became increasingly frustrated at driving the one day tour. Tour companies love this trip because it is very popular and has high profits for them, but what they don’t tell you is that it is a really long day. All in all, you drive 600kms in the day and take almost 14-15 hours to do the tour. Do you really want to spend most of your day on the bus? I kept thinking to myself that there has to be a better way.
