Hi Supercheap Storage, thank you for the lovely experience with your team of specialists last week. We really didn’t expect the team to go the extra mile with us when they came over to help us pack and load up the storage unit after delivering it to our house and would just like to pen down here some of the things we felt deserved mentioning.
Just to highlight some of the ways that we felt they did something special for us:
- We received a call to inform us that the storage units were on their way and to get ready for pick up. This really helped us to get things ready in time and make the most of our allotted time for packing and loading.
- When the team arrived, we also were reminded to prepare some towels and shown which walkways they would be needing while they were loading up. In the end they were very clean and quiet moving through the house and had more than their fair share of equipment to use for the loading process
- We were also very pleased that they did a good job of helping us to clean up a bit of leave our house in a good condition before they left.
