His name was anthony james neagle. Not sure when he changed it. He has never lived in perth. Hes has been in jail for fraud and messing with children. Also has at least 34 court attendance records. Be carefull he also shows interest in the elderly, probaly to rip them off.

I worked for Anthony back in 2010 for his then company First Choice Property Services. I resigned after seeing how he conducted his business which was appalling. I wasn't paid my last two weeks wages, I took this matter to the ombudsman but I was never paid. I learnt that Anthony is a weak small man who does not have a conscience. The things he said and did defied belief! Avoid this man at all costs!!

I have lodged a complaint with Dept Fair Trading. And separately with Groupon. I am shocked this business still has a live website, and extremely disappointed that Groupon does not undertake proper due diligence on their providers.

Agree with the above comments. They're a scam company. No customer services at all. I left three messages and the 4th time I called, the number was temporarily disconnected. Stay away.

I bought a Living Social voucher to have my gutters cleaned and guess what - no one turned up! Called the 'emergency number' 1300733820 numerous times but always got the answering machine. Left messages but none returned. I would even go as far to say this company is a scam. Do NOT have anything to do with them!!

I had a 4 hr garden voucher with A1 Property Works booked in for 9:o0 am 16/6/14 (using a Groupon voucher). The time/date and address for the job was confirmed in writing, but lo and behold no one bothered to show up. I've tried calling 1300733820 multiple times over the past few days but there's no answer. I've also contacted Groupon to complain and they've now launched an investigation into this business. The annoying thing is that whilst groupon know about this they have today done another voucher deal with him.

This company is an absolute joke! Talk about a stuff around. Don't turn up to do the job, don't answer the phone or take messages. Lots of false promises. DO NOT USE!!!!! One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across.

Our cleaning company was contacted by Anthony to run a couple of cleaning jobs, which we did after making an agreement with them. We have called them and sent them the invoices of those jobs many times but they are not willing yo pay anything. The few times they answered our phone calls, they asked us to resent the invoices because there were supposedly some mistakes on them but that was just an excuse. Since then it has been impossible to make contact with Anthony or any other member from A1 Property Works. Don't trust A1 Property works, if you have a Groupon don't hire their services and if you are a cleaning service company or other service provider, DO NOT MAKE ANY DEALS with them. They will trick you and won't never pay you. We are now taking legal action against A1 Property Works.

Gee I wished I read these reviews before engaging this "A1 Property works"service.I paid for a groupon 2 hour gardening on 27 May.I rang Anthony on 27 May and confirmed time and date for 10am 17/6/14.He did sound unprofessional on the phone,I had evidently interrupted his lunch break,but he was friendly,he repeated the time/date/address back to me.Yesterday no show,rang the 1300733820 at 10.30,11am and 12pm,left repeated voicemails,he did not return calls.I had paid by credit card so have complained to my credit provider,I will be complaining to groupon next,no point in any further attempts to contact this Anthony con man.

Anthony is a con artist. I've bought two Groupons for his "services" (cleaning and gardening) and can't pin him down to a time/date. Have tried to contact him since the end of May but he won't return calls or emails. In addition his 1300 number doesn't connect and he doesn't respond to queries via his website's online form. I contracted for Anthony to honour living social window cleaning vouchers that were sold in Brisbane. Anthony neglected to make any payment , nor would return any messages I left on his 1300 emergency number. Anthony has since switched off his personal phone. I'm absolutely certain that many hundreds of people have been ripped off like myself, by this Ning nong. Let's hope Anthony's luck is about to run out,and finds himself sharing a prison cell. I also have spoken to Anthony twice and have sent numerous emails and still have not got a definite time set for their appointments inspite of buying 5 different groupons from the company! I cannot believe how "dodgy" this company is and how they have even been allowed to practise. I will never use them again and will seriously not be buying more Groupon vouchers as this has happened with a carpet cleaning company before this also. Surely they should have the courtesy to even answer their telephones!

Got a Groupon voucher for this company - spoke to Anthony on the phone, he told me to email with booking request, but tried for days to email them and it kept bouncing back. So it was impossible to actually redeem the voucher and use the service. DO NOT USE!

Serviceseeking has suspended their account because Anthony has been ripping people off and Living Social is also investigating this man and his shonky dealings. Beware, he also has a Groupon campaign running. He is a scammer. Do not deal with this man and definitely do not complete any works for him without getting money from him first.

All I can say is DISGUSTING service -luckily Living social gave me a full refund and were very good about the entire situation - I have never ever in my entire life dealt with such an ignorant and arrogant person. This company and Anthony are pathetic. I too tried to redeem my LivingSocial voucher and after repeated attempts to speak to Anthony never got a call back. The receptionist of the company was just as pathetic who never once apologised on the company's behalf - is that not what front of house are supposed to be trained to do??? I had to organise another last minute cleaner as we were using this voucher for our end of lease. Pathetic, unprofessional, hopeless and a waste of my time. What's worse is that LS said they eventually got onto the company who said they had had 'booking system failure' and that's why no one could get back to me and said they would call me that day. I told LS the entire company was a joke and I had no interest in a call OR their service. Low and behold they never phoned anything which is exactly what I expected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I dealt with an Anthony, the actually owner of the Buisness They stuffed me and my husband around twice, they didn't honour their deal They didn't show up, they didn't answer our calls, they didn't call us back, We purchase vouchers from living social and clearly Anthony couldn't juggle doing more then one thing at once cause he wasn't even capable of answering our calls. On the website it says his mobile number and that he is available 24/7 he's not! He's a Lier and doesn't actually know how to speak to customers or run a business. Do not use this company you will be greatly disappointed .
