We aim to develop long term relationships with you. To do this we need to achieve a result that you are happy with no matter what the issue. Initially we focus on finding out what you would like to achieve and provide you with realistic expectations as to whether or not this is possible.
Our focus on our clients is not only one of our core values as a firm it is also a part of our philosophy and culture. We select and retain staff who appreciate the importance of providing excellent client service and we continually train and develop all of our people's skills to deliver this to you. In addition to a legal contact each client has a designated "client services" person as another way that we ensure that you receive the best service possible.
Our team has unique relationships with Barristers, Counsellors, Accountants, Financial Advisors and vast network of other professional service providers to enable us to provide you with a complete service and ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.
In addition to people with legal degrees, our team also hold Doctorates, Bachelors, Masters and Honours Degrees in Business, Commerce and Social Science (Psychology). Our Law 9000 quality certification ensures that we have effective systems for recruiting, selecting, introducing, managing and continuously training our people. We seek out the best people to join our team and provide a positive culture and proactive leadership to ensure that our people can deliver results.
Our team based environment enhances collaboration and cooperation, an important part of providing excellent legal services. By focussing on the whole firm providing the best possible client service, knowledge and learning is shared quickly between our people, keeping everyone up-to-date with the latest changes in the law. We have electronic research and knowledge sharing tools to ensure that our continuous learning is captured and utilised.
Training and development is an important part of not only ensuring that our people can provide the best service to you, but that they continue to gain fulfilment from their employment. We have a system of regular internal training in place where all of our people can contribute and request items to be trained. We also use external training courses to supplement our internal program, particularly where there are changes in the law. By keeping our people well trained and up-to-date with the latest developments, we can provide you with the most accurate and relevant advice to your situation.
Though we work hard to deliver excellent results and client service, we also make the workplace as enjoyable as possible.
