Very bad service took 4 days to do a job. Not a professional business.

I have to taps in my bathroom, which are licking. Can you repair them? (I am a pensioner, 74 years old and I read in your advertisement in "Hawkesbury gazette" that you offer 15 % discount if I show you the advertisement.
