Be wary. I had Webb Plumbing track and repair a water leak and confirmed their rates over the phone when booking. One rate was for leak detection and one for general plumbing. After the leak detection failed using their equipment half way through the first day, the plumber resorted to 'pot holing' to find the leak. Naturally, i became concerned and confirmed with the on site plumber that the continuing works were being performed under the general plumbing rate (half the leak detection rate). Hence my surprise when i received the invoice charging the $150/hr detection rate for the entire time! I believe they decided on this special rate when they heard mention of an insurance claim.... While the work was mostly professional, if you decide to use these guys, get a fixed written quote if possible or a copy of their charge out rates and log the time they spend on site! Also, be sceptical of the identical sounding / scripted reviews on here.
