Placed order in September.... 3 emails and 2 messages on facebook and waiting 2 weeks, I finally just posted the same message on all their facebook posts and filanny got a response. The hair turned up 3 days later. I was ordering in advance for my next move up appointment at my hairdresser which was in October (mid), I have the hair applied and everything was perfectly fine until 3 days later. The tapes felt 'sticky' and more than half the hair fell out in huge chunks and was totally frazzled at the ends despite never actually applying any heat to the hair at all. Revolting quality. I again took to the website, email and facebook to question the awful quality, waited 3 weeks and was ignored. I again employed the tactic of posting the negative message on all their posts to finally illicit a response. The response I received was that the time between purchase and the time it took them to respond was too long and under consumer law this is not their problem anymore. I have engaged a lawyer and made several complaints against this fraudulent and disrespectful company.
My hair wasn't as I expected for an event, I haven't been compensated and they are rude and quote laws they know very little about. I would suggest to give this company a wide berth and purchase your hair from a reputable company.
