Wonderland Playcentre

Absolutely disgusted with the staff at this "play centre". My children were happily building cubby houses and forts together when my eldest accidentally broke a latch. He admitted his mistake as he was too big for the area but immediately tried to fix it as best he could. Staff then approached my husband and all my children, some who are as young as 6 and threatened to call the police for damages!!! Also going on to say they had messed up the play area!!! (Its a PLAY CENTRE!) My husband tried to calm the situation and offered to fix the gate or pay for it but that was not good enough according to staff. They not only threatened police again in front of my children but also proceeded to kick them all out and followed then to the car taking photos of them all and our cars!! This is absolutely disgraceful and handled horribly. Our poor younger children were beside themselves. Definitely boycotting this centre FOREVER. What a horrible display of bullying and immaturity by people who are meant to run a happy place for children. Disgusted.
